Reusable and easy to clean, I highly recommend a soft but firm bristle brush incase your accumulate paint buildup in the slits.
My perfered choice of paint is folkart treasure antique silver (beware while my previous visas have been approved with the 501st legion with this paint, I have had customers come back saying their GML did not approve this paint color. Unfortunately comes down to the opinion of the approval team.)
Easily can be lightly scrubbed off fabric.

Spray paint is doable but not entirely recommended, spray paint mist can 'bleed'.
